Orders & Shipping

1. Placing an order

Order your preferred model and colour edition on https://ensomono.com via checkout, or email us directly. We’re happy to answer questions before you purchase.

If ordering by email, please include: model and colour, your full name, billing and shipping address, and preferred payment method. We will confirm availability and send an order confirmation with a secure payment link processed by Mollie.

2. Payment methods

  • PayPal (worldwide; Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express — no PayPal account required)
  • iDEAL (Netherlands)
  • Bancontact and KBC/CBC (Belgium)
  • SOFORT Banking (Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Poland)
  • SEPA/IBAN bank transfer (worldwide)

All prices are in EUR (€) and include 21% VAT for EU customers. Customers outside the EU are exempt from VAT (21% deducted at checkout) but may be subject to import duties or taxes payable upon delivery.

3. Shipping

  • Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • We offer free shipping on most orders and select the quickest, most reliable carrier for your location.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
  • Typical delivery times: 1–5 business days within Europe; 7–14 business days outside Europe.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have left our premises.

4. Warranty

We choose materials carefully and maintain a high standard of craftsmanship. If you experience a manufacturing defect, please contact us so we can arrange a repair or another appropriate solution.

Leather is a natural material. Marks, grain variations, and slight colour differences are inherent characteristics, not defects.

5. Returns & exchanges

Consumers in the EU/EEA/UK/CH have a legal 14‑day right of withdrawal. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase.
  • Contact us before returning any item: info@ensomono.com.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked, insured service.

6. Refunds

  • Returned items are inspected; we’ll notify you by email if the refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a few days.
  • Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
  • Sale items are non‑refundable unless faulty.
